At Sisukka, we aim to provide a smooth and stress-free delivery experience. To cater to your needs, we offer two shipping methods within the mainland USA:

1. Standard Curbside Delivery

If you’re looking for a cost-effective and efficient option, our Standard Curbside Delivery is ideal for you.

  • Delivery Scheduling: Our XXX carrier will contact you via text and email to arrange a convenient delivery time.
  • Delivery Location: Your Sisukka product will be delivered directly to your curb or driveway.

Please Note:

  • The XXX carrier will not enter your home, assist with setup, or remove packaging materials.
  • Ensure someone is available to inspect and receive the delivery.

2. White Glove Delivery (Premium Placement)

For an upgraded delivery experience, we recommend our White Glove Delivery service.

  • Delivery Scheduling: Our logistics partner will contact you via text and email to schedule delivery.
  • Premium Service Includes:
    • Expert placement of your Sisukka product anywhere on your home’s entry level. (Note: The delivery team cannot navigate stairs.)
    • Packaging materials will be removed and responsibly disposed of.

Important Notes:

  • The delivery location must be easily accessible, and the product must fit through all walkways, doorways, and other obstacles.
  • If access is restricted or placement isn’t feasible, the delivery cannot be completed, and refunds will not be issued.
  • Product setup is not included. To ensure your product functions perfectly, assembly should be completed by you or a professional.

Winter Weather Advisory

We’re excited to bring the chill to your home, but winter weather may present occasional challenges. Here’s what to expect during colder months:

  • Possible Delays: Adverse winter conditions may lead to delivery delays.
  • Safety First: Our priority is the safe and secure delivery of your Sisukka product.
  • Real-Time Updates: Use your tracking number to monitor your delivery progress, including any weather-related delays.
  • Trusted Partners: Our reliable carriers work diligently to navigate difficult conditions and ensure your product arrives in excellent condition.
  • Support When You Need It: If you have any questions or concerns, our dedicated customer support team is here to assist.

When Your Tub Arrives

To ensure your Sisukka product arrives in perfect condition, follow these steps upon delivery:

  • Take Photos Upon Arrival:
    • Capture all sides of the tub before unpacking.
    • Take detailed photos of the tub, cover, and chiller after unpacking to confirm no shipping damage occurred.
  • Inspect for Damage:
    • If any damage is identified, note it on the LTL carrier’s Delivery Receipt before they leave.
    • Email a copy of the Delivery Receipt and photos of the damage to support@sisukka.com for assistance with claims.
  • Warranty Claims:
    • A copy of the Delivery Receipt and detailed photos will be required for any warranty claims related to freight or delivery damage.

Shipping Timeline

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, shipping timelines may vary based on demand or weather conditions. We’ll notify you when your order is ready to ship and provide tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
