SISUKKA Chiller Warranty (1-Year Limited)

We’ve designed our chillers to be reliable, and we’re here to back them up! This warranty ensures your Sisukka chiller stays in peak condition for 1 year from the date of purchase when used for residential purposes.

What’s Covered?

  • Chiller Housing: Blisters, cracks, or defects in the exterior structure.
  • Equipment & Controls: Includes the pump, chiller components, heater, sensors, and control system.
  • Plumbing Components: Leaks caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Water Purification System: Factory-installed systems included.
  • Other Components: Covers grills, mechanical parts, and other factory-installed elements.

What’s Not Covered?

Some exclusions apply, including:

  • Commercial Use: Warranty is for residential use only.
  • Cosmetic Issues: Scratches, discoloration, or normal wear and tear.
  • Improper Use or Maintenance: This includes neglecting water chemistry, using non-Sisukka parts, or failing to follow the user manual.
  • Damage from External Causes: Shipping mishaps, natural disasters, or improper installation.
  • Freight Damage: If it happens during transit, let us know immediately to file a claim with the carrier.

Warranty Voided If:

  • Aftermarket parts (non-Sisukka) are installed.
  • Tub is paired with a non-Sisukka chiller.
  • Ice is added while the chiller is running.
  • Water chemistry isn’t maintained or filters aren’t changed regularly.
  • Tub is left with stagnant water or not winterized in freezing temperatures.

What We’ll Do

We’ll repair or replace defective parts free of charge during the warranty period. If repair isn’t feasible, we may offer a replacement or refund. Replacement parts may be refurbished or different from the original but will meet Sisukka’s high standards.

Please note: Costs for shipping, installation, or removal of defective items are not covered.

Sisukka All-in-One Tub 1-Year Residential Warranty

We’ve got you covered! Every Sisukka cold tub and sauna comes with a 1-year limited warranty for our residential customers. Here’s the scoop:

What’s Covered?

  • Shell Structure: Protected against water loss from cracks or defects for 1 year.
  • Equipment & Controls: Pump, chiller, heater, sensors, and control systems are covered for 1 year.
  • Plumbing Components: Leaks? Nope! We’ve got them covered for 1 year.
  • Water Purification System: Covered for 1 year against defects.
  • Other Components: From the frame to filters, most factory-installed parts are included in the 1-year coverage.

What’s Not Covered?

While we wish we could cover everything, some exceptions apply:

  • Commercial use or units outside the U.S.
  • Damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or neglect (check your manual for best practices!).
  • Wear and tear or cosmetic issues like scratches.
  • Acts of God (we’re tough, but not tornado-proof).

What Voids the Warranty?

To keep your warranty valid:

  • Use only genuine Sisukka parts and accessories.
  • Follow our care tips—like proper water chemistry and regular filter changes.
  • Winterize your tub if temps drop below freezing!

How to Make a Claim

If something goes wrong, don’t stress—we’ll make it right:

  • Contact Us: Reach out with your proof of purchase and a quick description of the issue (photos and videos help!).
  • We’ll Handle It: Once approved, we’ll repair or replace the part, or if needed, the whole tub.
  • Next Steps: You handle shipping, but we’ll take care of the rest.

Heads Up!

Warranty service doesn’t cover labor, dismantling, or reinstallation costs. Also, replacement parts may not be identical but will match our high standards!
